E-learning / Virtual Training

E-learning or virtual training involves the use of computer or other electronic devices like mobile phones or tablets to impart effective training or learning. Through our custom e-Learning solutions, we merge the supportive aspects of classroom trainings with the conveniences and possibilities of technology driven training. We focus on your training objectives to design and develop a training solution that would be meaningful, memorable and motivating for your learners. Our virtual classes are designed to be highly interactive and are delivered by highly trained instructors who are experts at working in virtual environments. These comprehensive training programs are continuously updated to be at par with the latest technological developments.

Instructor Led Training

Instructor-led training allows for learners and instructors to interact and discuss on the topics in a classroom setting. We understand that training is an essential part in the development of an organization’s technological prowess and efficacy. Keeping in tune with this understanding, we conduct various ‘on’ and ‘off’ campus training programs tailored for different groups with varying levels of technical expertise.

Blended Training

Blended training is a combination of Instructor Led training and e-Learning. We prefer to use Blended training to offer the best of both the above said trainings and offer a conducive environment to participants to gather knowledge. Participants are encouraged to go through the e-learning training, followed by a comprehensive classroom/ instructor led training. This reduces the actual teaching time in in classroom and provides sufficient time for hands on exercises for the participants.

Course & Training Materials Development

Designing of the course and training materials include preparing the different training aides, presentations and support documents to effectively pass on the information in the classroom or web-based trainings. The trainers themselves undergo a stringent training process in the different technologies and the delivery methodologies to amass sufficient knowledge and effectively design the training course. We engage the client at all stages of our course development to understand their training requirement and provide a training solution best-suited for the resources.

Training Management

Training management is aimed at creation, distribution and tracking of different training programs. It is an effective means of developing course content and imparting knowledge through different training methods. However, before we commit ourselves to a particular training method, we should be clear on the below questions:

  1. The training goals

  2. The level of expertise for the target audience (Basic or advanced)

  3. Application of Technology in trainees day to day work

  4. Time required to effectively deliver the training

  5. Allocated budget for training

Choosing a training method becomes easy when we have answers for all the above points. Some of the key training methods that we specialize in are:

  • Instructor Led Training: Training aides for Instructor Led training might include the use of conventional blackboard or whiteboard to explain certain concepts, PowerPoint Presentations, Videos to showcase case studies related to the training and Storytelling to cite examples. Other training aides are also used to make the training more comprehensible for the participants.

  • Interactive Training: Training aides for Interactive Training include Quizzes, Role Playing, Discussions, Debates and, Question & Answer sessions.

  • Hands-On Training: This is one of the most effective ways of involving the participants in the training program. Participants are given some tasks to execute so that they understand the application of the technology in real life scenario.

  • E-learning: E-learning trainings are the web based or online trainings that the participants can access from the comforts of their home or office. These self-paced E-learning trainings have several online exercises that help the participants to test their knowledge acquired through the trainings.

  • Blended Training: Blended training is one of the most frequently used training methods in today’s training environment. This involves combination of various training techniques to impart knowledge to the participants in the most effective way.

The training programs are supported by a well laid out training plan. A training plan is an outline of the different trainings to be imparted, information on the target audience, trainings tools to be used, time taken for the training, training aides used, name of the trainer and finally rating by participants on the different training solutions which enables us to improve on our training programs.

A training plan is a well laid out training document to track the different training programs offered by Enterprise ITech Corp.

Contract Vehicle

A contract vehicle is a method that Federal Government uses to buy goods and services. General Services Administration (GSA) is one of the most common contract vehicles used to acquire commercial goods and services. Schedules are Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide for an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period of time. They help streamline the contract process and speed service delivery.  IT Schedule 70 is one of the largest and most commonly used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. It is a multiple award schedule providing direct access to products and services from over 5,000 certified industry partners.

Schedule 70 includes the following major capabilities and functional aspects:
